Shipping Information: Most orders ship via USPS mail within 3 business days. However, everything is made to order and on occasion a material will be temporarily unavailable or I will need to remake an item to meet my standard of quality. If shipment will take longer than 7 business days you will be contacted and given the option of canceling your order. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped. Problems with your order must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of package. In the event an item is damaged in transit, please save all packing materials. Returns- I am so confident that you will like my products as much as I do, that I will accept returns within 14 days of original purchase without a restocking fee. The item must be unopened and in original condition for resale. In-store credit will be issued less shipping and handling- not cash or credit card refunds- unless you were shipped something in error by me. Due to sanitary reasons I can not accept returns on fragrance or essential oils, opened bath and body products or Fat Dog Treats. I want to be sure all my customers receive untampered with products of the highest quality. Before returning a product, please notify me by calling 607-821-2187. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
